We set out to create a gym that was private, exclusive and made even complete beginners feel comfortable. Over a year later, we've built an incredible community of over 100 individuals that support, motivate and influence others, but we're not done yet. Our beautiful local surroundings of Bishops Waltham, Fair Oak, Horton Heath, Colden Common & Hedge End boast a wider community of businesses that promote a healthy lifestyle.
