You’ll also have the option to add an official competition t-shirt to your entry for an additional cost when signing up. Podium finishers will receive 1x FREE competition medal.
Please note: The official Competition Rulebook will be released after summer. The course will remain largely the same as last year, with minor adjustments under review. We recommend practising the following exercises in preparation: Step-Up, Ski Erg, Wall Ball Throws, AST, Clean & Press, Sit-Ups, Bench Press, Assault Bike, Squats, and Shuttle Runs.
