Our Trial Timetable

Our 7-day Free Trial allows you to experience everything we have to offer, and included all sessions on our timetable, from Velo studio Cycling to Group Personal Training sessions. You can find a Class to suit your schedule, budget and goals.

Our Coaching Team

The larger, commercial gyms are over subscribed and work on a model where you're left to your own devices. You don't get the support, motivation and community feel needed to stick to a habit. We've created an incredible group of non-judgemental, inclusive members and Coaches who are rooting for your success.
